OUR RETURN POLICY

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your purchase from X FIRE as we are. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within the 30 days with a refund minus a 15% restocking fee.
If the product is received damaged or defective during the shipping process, or prior to shipping we will review and assess the return accordingly. However, in the case, products are in not in the same conditions as they were shipped we will reserve the right to accept or reject the return.

For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.

If your return is approved, you will receive a instructions via email on how to send the product back to us. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping label. 

This return policy only applies to products purchased directly from X FIRE website.

X FIRE does not price match with dealers or competitor.

We believe explorers shouldn't stop their adventures because of shipping delays. So here at X FIRE, we make it our personal mission to get your products to you as soon as possible.

X Fire offers free shipping on over 1,000 products. Valid in the contiguous United States only, excludes Alaska and Hawaii.

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES

We've made every effort to get your orders processed and dispatched faster. All orders placed by 2:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be shipped the next business day. All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed. United States Postal Services (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) provide all shipping services. Each service may be subject to changes in rates without prior notice. Some USPS and UPS options may not be available in all areas.

CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES

Five Oceans uses USPS/UPS Ground service on all shipments within the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted or the customer selects an expedited option. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing and an additional 1–4 business day for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed. 

 

ALASKA AND HAWAII

All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. If that happens, we’ll inform you of the new shipping charge before processing your order. Due to the distance, shipments will take a minimum of 10 business days to arrive. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

X Fire ships internationally to select countries through the following partnerships, United Parcel Service and United States Postal Services. These services provide a global eCommerce solution for our international shoppers. By partnering with them, we can now provide product prices in the currency of your choice, aggressive international shipping costs, and the lowest possible guaranteed order total. In addition,  Import duties & taxes are collected and paid by the customer upon delivery of goods. Customer assumes the responsibility for any applicable fees.

 

Any international returns made, the customer would assume the responsibility shipping cost and customs fees. All warranty will be processed according to the product. In addition, if products have met the return conditions we would repair and resend product. Note that customer assumes the responsibility of paying shipping cost and customs fees when delivered back to them. 

 

ORDER PICKUP

Order Pickup allows you to order items from xfire.com and pick them up at our showroom. To see if an item is eligible for Order Pickup, look for Store Pickup when adding the item to your cart. Items with limited or no stock in store may not be eligible for Order Pickup.

Please note that orders made for pickup will need 24-hour processing.

WARRANTY POLICY

- All products are guaranteed for one (1) year from date of purchase.

- We will replace* products/parts which are faulty, we do not repair any products.
*the parts we provide for replacements are brand new.

- Guarantees do not cover shipping cost. All shipping cost is payable by the customer.

- Items which have been discontinued, unfortunately, do not have replacement parts. However, we will provide a full refund or direct you towards a product with a similar function. (additional cost may apply)

- Guarantees do not cover misused products or those which have been abused. A repair fee will apply in these instances, in case parts are available and/or repairs are possible.
